Everyone has that one garment in the back of their closet- you keep saying you’ll patch those holes, fix that seam, shorten that hem… Well, that day has finally come! Bring us your hole-y sweaters, your ripped jeans, your worn socks, and learn how to give your loved garments new life! We’ll have all the supplies, reference books, encouragement, and guidance you’ll need to finally fix those holes!

Join Lake Worth Waterkeeper as we explore the fascinating world of mushrooms! We’ll learn about what, exactly a mushroom is, what they need to survive, why they’re such essential members of our ecosystem community, and why growing them yourself can be so sustainable (and delicious!).

We will work together to help build a mushroom tower for Base Camp, learn the basics of sustainable, home cultivation of mushrooms, and even have mushroom growing kits for sale so you can try it yourself!
